About Thomas
I trained to become a Geography teacher for 2 reasons. Firstly I gave a love of World Geography and a thirst for knowledge. The second reason is because of the Geography teachers I had in School in the90's.
I chose to teach because I wanted to pass on the love of Geography to you people and to continue to learn more about our world.
I have over 20 years experience teaching geography. Having worked in a small Geography Department for most of this time I have a wide range of experience to help students prepare for exams

I began my teaching carrier last millennium in 1999! I started young so I now have a huge amount of experience teaching across a range of secondary schools. I have taught in schools in Bristol, the Isle of Wight, Newcastle, Southwark, Greenwich, Kensington, Wirral and Cheshire. I have taught all Key Stages in secondary schools but my favourite classes are GCSE as I know I can make a significant impact on exam outcomes. My typical lessons are 1 hour long. They are always planned in great detail. Having clear outcomes that are measurable the student they are making progress.
