My teaching method is based on giving students a logical and synthetic approach to mathematics . The answer shouldn't just be the result of a memorized formula with no context on the formula , but rather from a students reasoning ( from first principles, though when appropriate ) which I'd teach . Also an encouraging and adaptable style . If a student is more physical oriented, I'd teach in terms of a physical analogy . I also use the Socrates method. I answer questions by asking them simpler questions that they would know , slowly leading them to their logical conclusion .
