About Presley
I am a university graduate of biochemistry, i reside at Abuja, kubwa to be precise. I have been a fitness and sports enthusiast far as junior secondary. I started my work outs then and shortly after i started instructing others. i practice siliat defense system of martial art.

My routine depends on my client. The body type of the client will determine what sort of exercises i should infuse into the sessions. And the medical background of a client is also a vital part to take note of.I teach calisthenics and body weight training so i don't use weights during my sessions ,if necessary i involve lite weights.
