My teaching style is student-centred, adaptive, and focused on building both understanding and confidence. I start by assessing each learner’s current knowledge, learning pace, and preferred style—whether they learn best through examples, visual aids, discussion, or practice.
I use a mix of clear explanation, step-by-step breakdowns, and real-world examples to make concepts relatable and easy to grasp. I place strong emphasis on active learning: asking questions, working through problems together, and encouraging students to explain ideas back to me, which helps identify gaps immediately. Regular practice, targeted feedback, and revision are core parts of my method, as these reinforce learning and build long-term retention. I also prioritise creating a supportive, low-pressure environment where mistakes are seen as part of learning, so students feel comfortable asking questions and taking on challenges.
