Methodology

My teaching philosophy is to deliver accessible, equitable, higher education opportunities to instil a sense of lifelong learning within the student. I always aim to deliver excellent student learning experiences. My focus is on student-centric learning that is research informed, transdisciplinary, relevant and has impact for the world.

Experience

I am an organized, creative, hardworking and flexible person with 22 years of teaching and research experience. I strive in my teaching and research to foster learning for life, continuous improvement, and innovation within the leaders of tomorrow. I enjoy learning new things, acquiring new skills, coaching others, being part of a team, learning and utilizing new technologies and expanding my capabilities. I gain a deep sense of satisfaction when teaching students in the tertiary sector.
