I am an A Level student at Wilmington Grammar school. I study English Literature, French and Business Studies. I am hoping to be an opère in the summer holidays just before starting university. The goal is to do French with secondary teaching at Queen Mary University of London.
Currently, I help in 4 lessons weekly where I assist my French teacher with his KS4 classes. I mainly help those in need eg; those with English as a second language, dyslexic students and students that find it hard to concentrate or master the class. I also correct, grade and give points on improving their pieces of work. Help with exam preparations, revision tips such as useful websites and memorising techniques that I used and works.
As part of my work experience, I taught year 9,10 and 11. As it was the last week of term I made presentations that were aimed at recapitulating the whole year. Dates, nouns, verbs, conjugation and tips on tidying folder and keeping notes minimalistic. My powerpoints could be sent to you so that you understand my method of working; Explaining, clarifying, asking questions, letting you do the work so that I am 100% sure that you've mastered it, and then a little test at the end of each lesson.
My personal phone number/ email will be given to you in case you need a little help besides the hours we'd have discussed.
I've been teaching since year 10, this is when i found and de#veloped my love for teaching. In july i taught a class of 30 wich was my maximum without any teacher's assistance. Truthfully, it was very overwhelming as most students only wanted to leave as it was the last day of term but it went as planned and I got all my points acrossed and eded with a little French story of "Le laid petit canard" The Ugly Duckling with French voice, French subtitles and English subtitles.
Twice A Week For 1 Hour For 16weeks will be £6 as this would be a 3month package where we can cover a term's syllabus.
