About Luz
I offer a more realistic vocabulary as we’ll learn terms that are used all across Latin America, not just holiday in Ibiza Spanish!
As an Afro-Latina I feel very passionately about how Spanish is approached in the UK, my intention is to teach Spanish that is more neutral to all Hispanic countries.
To ensure the learning process is enjoyable for you, you can choose planned lessons or informal 1-1 conversations - learning a new skill can be entertaining if approached correctly.

I achieved a grade 9 in my Spanish GCSE and I truly believe Spanish is an easy language to learn.
I could only speak Spanish for the first 13 years of my life, and as a native Spanish speaker who learned English independently and got a grade 7 in English GCSE; I definitely value speaking and listening as I believe that’s the easiest way to learn information that is actually useful in day-to-day life.
We can talk about your interests and learning goals to create lesson plans that are tailored to you!
My lessons are for beginners who are just looking to get started, preferably aged under 20.
