This mainly involves focussing the cammera on my work pad while explaining to and asking my student questions. With younger students it is most helpful if thier cammera is focused on them so I can check for engagement. With older (more mature) students, the student should use a similar set up to myself - with a camera focused on thier work pad, so I can see the (harder) maths they are working through. Payments through paypal is very streightforward I find.

- What kind of experience do you have?
I've taken the maths PGCE course at Bristol University, gaining over 12 months teaching experience in four different schools. I have worked with children of many different abilities from special educational needs, to Gifted and Talented and have supported three students in their preparation for the Cambridge entrance exam: STEP. I have successfully run the maths club at City Academy, Bristol. I've worked with Internally excluded children, finding innovative ways to capture their attention and reinvigorate their enthusiasm, and taught hundreds of lessons, mainly to children at KS3 level. I can work one-on-one and with a variety of different group sizes, and I've completed a masters research assignment in mathematical problem solving, during which I investigated problem solving techniques applicable to British Maths Olympiad and STEP I and STEP II.
