I am an experienced, professional and friendly teacher of Singing based in South Manchester (Didsbury). I welcome pupils of all ages and abilities

Classical Singing, Music Theory, University Music and University Politics

- Tell me about your qualifications.

I am currently studying for my Master of Music at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester. Prior to this I completed my Bachelor of Music (Hons) from the University of Newcastle. I also hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Music Performance from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney with majors in Music and Government and International Relations.

- How much do you charge?

£20 per hour or £10 per half hour

- Where do you teach?

I am currently based in Didsbury and will come to you to teach. I am willing to travel within a 5 mile radius of my base.

- When are you available?

My timetable is quite flexible so I am available most days and times.

- Which ages and levels do you teach?

All ages and abilities.

I am available to tutor over skype or via instant messaging (theory and politics only).

About Richard

- What kind of experience do you have?

I have over ten years experience as a singer in ensembles and solo situations. I was a Lay Clerk at St Andrew's Cathedral Sydney from 2002-2010 and have sung with many other professional choirs in Australia and the UK. I have also sung a number of principal operatic roles for companies in Australia and the UK and have several years teaching experience with individuals and ensembles.
