About Ignazio
I hold a PhD in Chemical Biology and a Master's Degree in Industrial Chemistry and I have an overall experience of almost two decades in a variety of Scientific Laboratory positions in large complex organisations such as Universities, Secondary Schools, Research Institutions, and Industrial Companies.
I have got a broad and deep expertise in all branches of Chemistry, as well as an extensive experience in the area of Scientific Research and Technological Development.
I really like teaching, mentoring, and supervising people, from children to adults, for instance research students in universities as well as placement / internship students in companies where I had previously worked. Specifically, I am used to demonstrate or provide training on how to:
– use equipment and instrumentation
– perform biological and chemical analyses, assays, and reactions
– handle, prepare, and store biologicals, chemicals, solvents, solutions, and materials
– recycle or dispose of hazardous wastes on the ground of their classification.
