About Dr Ali
I'm a PhD Dr in human anatomy and thus use science to get my clients the results they want. I have been a body transformation coach for 5 years and currently a senior trainer in the local gym. Can take classes outside in a park for groups of people or one on one sessions in the clients home, park or local gym.

I use science and fun to get results for my clients. I am of the mindset that anyone can get results no matter their size, age, sex or fitness backround. I work with clients that have depression and don't want to go to the gym. For them i offer skype sessions in which i work with you and show you the moves and methods to use. No gym equipment is needed as body weight and a clear floor will get results. Also offer these sessions to post natal woman and even elderly cleints. If you can't face going to the gym then try me out and let's get the results you want today.
