Paul is an excellent economics teacher capable of understanding weak points you may have in the syllabus and how to counteract them he is patient when it comes to answering questions giving you time to work things out and if need be he can nudge you in the right direction. He has a plethora of resources such as flash cards and exam questions from various different sources that can be used to boost your knowledge
