Speaking and writing. I generate conversations that are designed to make you think and consider your life more deeply than usual which produce internal shifts that cause outer changes. I also write a regular Energy Update on my website.

Experience

I am a Registered Nurse and a grandmother with over 20 years of transformation and inner work ongoingly. I walk my talk and practise good health and well being as a way of life. My website is called The Quantum Series - the science and the sacred.
