My reading and literacy lessons are personalized to meet each student's unique needs, strengths, and learning goals. Using evidence-based practices grounded in the Science of Reading, I provide instruction in phonological awareness, phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and reading comprehension. As a former Special Education Teacher and Reading Interventionist, I have extensive experience supporting diverse learners and helping students overcome reading challenges. I specialize in applying Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles, ensuring instruction is accessible, engaging, and responsive to different learning styles and abilities. Lessons are structured, interactive, and designed to build strong foundational reading skills, increase confidence, and promote long-term academic success.
