I teach yoga as a way of life; yoga and meditation are the path for self-discovery, profound approach for overcoming self- imposed limitations, boost self-confidence, self-healing and transformation in daily life.
I teach traditional techniques of yoga in my teaching. This yoga style is a mixture of Mindful movement of the body with awareness on breathing (Asana Practice), Breathwork or Pranayama, Chanting, Relaxation(Yoga Nidra) and Meditation.
