About Ginger
I learn about my Clients: I get to know you and I listen actively. I prefer to empower you in your educational endeavors, so while I creatively find ways to meet your learning requirements, I want you to tell me if I’m on the right track and establish your goals. We are a partnership.
I also like to keep things light and have fun whenever possible. Business is a heavy topic, and yes we are serious professionals, but we will analyze human behavior and enjoy the process so that you get a deeper understanding of the corporate mindset and achieve your goals. I will share personal anecdotes and keen observations from previous corporate situations I’ve learned from, and you will be able to take these learnings, apply them to your work, and live an easier work life by avoiding common pitfalls that I worked through.

I have a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw from to give to my Clients, ensuring Client learning and success. I plan a lesson and I like to keep a conversation going so that my Clients get the absolute best and most personalized lessons. I have worked my way up the corporate ladder, from bank teller to administrator to senior level and daily interaction with high level executives. I provide consulting to leadership at large, international financial institutions, using my risk and business analysis and data driven issue identification techniques. I also lead critical projects and manage people resources. Education includes an MBA, multiple certifications, PMP training , and a certificate in Advanced Cybersecurity. This makes me uniquely trained and educated in such a diverse way that I am highly qualified to provide the most informative and desirable business consulting you will find.
