I feel that every individual should be able to use the ways that they learn and understand things best to guide how they are taught and receive material. This is because we all have different ways of learning, understanding, and retaining knowledge with some students needing examples and a description others are more visual learners and therefore need more visual presentations of the knowledge.
Typical lesson plan for session would include; determining if there were any questions that arose between tutoring sessions. Then I would continue on to cover materials that are currently being covered or discussed in class.
