About the lesson

I have spent my whole life devoted to studying the Trumpet. I have had some incredible teachers in the past and am truly excited to be able to pass my knowledge on to those who are keen to learn.

Bmus (Hons) Degree at Trinity College of Music
ABRSM Grade 8 Trumpet

- How much do you charge?

I charge £25 per hour.

- Where do you teach?

I prefer to teach at home but am willing to travel around North and Central London if necessary.

- When are you available?

I am flexible with regards to time. Contact me to discuss further.

- Which ages and levels do you teach?

I teach all age groups from complete beginner to advanced levels.

- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?

Trumpet Grades 1-8

About Conor

- What kind of experience do you have?

As a professional Trumpet player I have performed and toured with artists such as Imelda May, Gerry Fish, The Commitments, Norma Winstone and The Republic of Loose. I have also recorded for TV, Radio and Studio and played with numerous Big Bands and Orchestras. As a jazz musician i have been involved with many projects and have played in venues such as Ronnie Scott's and The Vortex. I am currently working as a freelance musician in London.

I have been teaching the Trumpet to a variety of age groups for the past 5 years and have also been involved with Outreach projects such as 'Get Your Act Together' at George Green school, Isle of Dogs.

currently in the process of acquiring a CRB.

- Where and with whom did you train?

I have had the pleasure of studying with some great musicians such as Mike Lovatt (BBC Big Band), Steve Waterman, Chris Batchelor, Bobby Shew, Greg Spence and have received master classes from the likes of Marvin Stamm, Randy Brecker, Jason Palmer and Wayne Bergeron.
