About Lucy
My journey in chemistry began with curiosity about how substances interact and transform in the world around us. This passion led me to complete a Master’s in Chemistry, where I developed strong knowledge of chemical systems and reactions. Over the past 6 years, I have taught students from different academic levels and helped them improve their understanding of chemistry. Teaching has become a rewarding part of my professional life.
My teaching style is simple, structured, and student-focused. I break down complex topics into small, clear steps so students can understand easily. I use real-life examples, diagrams, and practice problems to make learning more effective. I also encourage students to ask questions freely and revise regularly to strengthen their understanding.
Beyond teaching, I continue learning about new developments in chemistry and improving my teaching methods. This helps me keep my lessons updated and effective. I believe chemistry is best learned through understanding and logical thinking. My goal is to help students become confident, independent learners who can solve problems, understand reactions clearly, and succeed in their academic journey with strong knowledge and motivation.

My chemistry lessons are designed to make learning simple, structured, and easy to understand for every student. I begin with basic topics such as atomic structure, periodic trends, and chemical bonding, explaining each concept in very simple English. I focus on helping students understand the logic behind chemical reactions instead of memorizing formulas. I use real life examples like cooking, cleaning reactions, and environmental changes to make learning more relatable. I also create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning without fear.
As students improve, I introduce advanced topics such as chemical reactions, acids and bases, equilibrium, and organic chemistry fundamentals. I guide students step by step through problem solving methods and reaction understanding. Practice exercises are included in every lesson to improve accuracy and confidence. I also help students correct mistakes through clear explanations. Each lesson is designed to build strong conceptual clarity and steady improvement.
Chemistry becomes easier when students understand how reactions and concepts are connected. I help learners build logical thinking so they can solve problems independently. Over time, students become more confident and start enjoying the subject. My goal is to help students build strong chemistry foundations, improve analytical skills, and achieve academic success with clarity and confidence in exams and real life applications.
