Methodology

My methodology varies from student to student. I find that emailing me a topic list of key areas for development before our sessions can really help me tailor the content to your personal needs. I use a variety of teaching techniques to ensure our sessions not only improve your knowledge of key content but also equip you with the skills necessary to apply this to exams. A regular session will consist of us first talking through the content of a topic in as much depth as you require and then working through some exam questions together. An alternative approach I could take (ideal for last-minute revision) is spending about a month covering the entirety of the Biology or Chemistry GCSE course in a more concise style. This enables students to make synoptic links and have the content renewed ready for exams.
