& knowledge. Also, I have trained pre-school, elementary and high school Educators in academic & social

complete documentations according to updated Federal and State statues. I believe that my education
from Cleveland State, my past experience working in social services, a Substitute of a large urban distinct

students makes me an excellent candidate for this position. Within these positions, I have gained
experience overseeing and managing youth-serving programs with demonstrated success in developing,
carrying out and evaluating student-lead agendas. One example of an accomplishment in which I
developed and carried out, was a student- lead recycling initiative. I also have knowledge from my years
within an Urban District working with diverse students, parent population and their organizations. During
that time, I developed and built parent-lead cooperative activities. Over the years as an Educator, I have
worked effectively and gained many skills from being in a dynamic and changing work environment that
required flexibility, teamwork, problem identification, and problem solving and conflict resolution expertise.
I am confident in my abilities with multiple aspects of computers in communicating. I believe all students
