About the lesson

Hello everyone I am a 17 year veteran of the amateur boxing world. I have competed in State, Regional, National and Olympic Trials Championships. I Have also been a member of the All Army and Armed Forces Boxing teams where I was a 3 time Gold Medalist in each team. I was also a Bronze Medalist at the USA National Championships in 2009 and 2013. I offer a variety of boxing skills from beginner to advanced. I am proficient in weight loss and nutrition management.

About Adrian

I have trained adults and Children from 10 years old and above for about 6 years throughout my boxing career. I have trained a total of 17 kids and 120 adults over the past 10 years as well as Fort Hood Boxing team in 2009. A lot of my students are now skilled and successful amateur fighters throughout the country.
