My teaching method is to assist students through their academic journey by giving them the understanding of writing and the skills they need to apply what I have taught them to future assignments. Lessons are student led in that they let me know what they think they would like to work on, plus I know core skills that students need. I break things down into manageable chunks. In order words, my teaching is student-centred.
I have a background in teaching English as an Additional Language plus a background in assisting students with their tertiary level written assignments in many different discipline areas e.g. nursing, education, midwifery, arts. I also have a background in teaching IELTS.
